Functions of Committee

72A. Functions of Committee

The Committee-

   (a)  may submit recommendations to the Minister and the Registrar for the
        more effective operation of societies and in respect of proposed
        regulations; and

   (b)  may report on any other matters that relate to societies that are
        referred to it by the Minister; and

   (c)  may tender advice to the Registrar on any matters that are referred to
        it by the Registrar.
