Offences in relation to examiners

71C. Offences in relation to examiners

A person must not-

   (a)  without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement
        made under section 71B; or

   (b)  obstruct or hinder an examiner acting in the course of his or her
        powers; or

   (c)  assault, intimidate or threaten or attempt to assault, intimidate or
        threaten an examiner acting in the course of his or her powers.

Penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years or both.
