Appointment of examiners

71A. Appointment of examiners





(1) The Registrar may appoint an examiner to investigate any of the following
and report to the Registrar-

   (a)  any matter relating to a report by an auditor;

   (b)  any matter relating to the compliance of a society with this Act.

(2) An examiner has the powers specified in section 71B.

(3) The Registrar has the same powers as an examiner.
