Power of society to raise money on loan

6. Power of society to raise money on loan



(1) A society may, subject to this Act and its rules, raise money on loan or
in accordance with section 33(1A) for the objects of the society.





(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to section 33(1B), (1C) or (1D).
