57. Financial year



(1) The financial year of the society shall end at the conclusion of the last
pay day of the society before the thirtieth day of June, or with the written
approval of the registrar at any other time between the thirty-first day of
March and the thirtieth day of June.

(2) The first financial year of the society shall be deemed to be from the
date of registration of the society to the conclusion of the said pay day, or
such other time as is approved as aforesaid, in the following year.
