Annual meeting

50. Annual meeting



(1) The annual general meeting of the society shall be held within three
months after the close of the society's financial year, or within such further
time as may be allowed by the registrar or prescribed by the regulations.

(2) Any other meetings of the society shall be held or may be called as
prescribed by the rules of the society.

(3) At any meeting of the society no item of business shall be transacted
unless a quorum of members entitled under the rules to vote is present during
the time when the meeting is considering that item, and the quorum shall be as
prescribed by the rules of the society.
