Charges

42. Charges



(1) A society shall furnish to any person intending to become a member a list
of the charges payable under the rules by a member to the society.

(2) A person who becomes a member of the society shall be liable to pay only
the charges mentioned in the list and any charges which may be imposed by any
subsequent registered alteration of the rules.

(3) The charges may be altered by special resolution.
