Inspection of registers etc.

40. Inspection of registers etc.

A society shall have at its office and open at all reasonable hours to
inspection by any member or creditor without fee-

   (a)  a copy of this Act and the regulations;

   (b)  a copy of the rules of the society;

   (c)  a copy of the last audited balance-sheet and final accounts, together
        with the report of the auditor;

   (d)  the prescribed register of directors members and shares; and

   (e)  the prescribed register of loans raised and securities given by the
        society.
