Society may act as trustee or agent

33A. Society may act as trustee or agent





(1) A society may act as trustee or agent for an approved housing finance
provider for such purposes connected with mortgages of freehold land and on
such terms and conditions as are approved from time to time by the registrar.

(2) The registrar may declare a body corporate to be an approved housing
finance provider for the purposes of subsection (1).

(3) The registrar may revoke a declaration made under subsection (2).
