Acquisition of property

32. Acquisition of property



(1) A society may acquire by lease purchase donation devise bequest or
otherwise any real or personal property for any objects of the society and may
sell or lease any such real or personal property.

(2) A society may if authorized in writing by the registrar become a member of
a society registered under the Co-operation Act 1958 and may with the approval
of the registrar take such shares and make any other investment in any such
society as the registrar approves.
