Society to be a body corporate

30. Society to be a body corporate

A society shall be a body corporate by the name under which it is registered,
with perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall have power to enter
into contracts, to institute and defend actions suits and legal proceedings,
and to do all things necessary for the purpose of its constitution.
