Certificate of incorporation as evidence

10. Certificate of incorporation as evidence

A certificate of incorporation under this Act shall be conclusive evidence
that all the requirements of this Act in respect of registration and matters
precedent or incidental thereto have been complied with: Provided that nothing
in this section shall affect any provision of this Act relating to the winding
up or dissolution of the society or the cancellation of its registration.
