Definitions

3. Definitions

In this Act, unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-

Committee means the Chinatown Historic Precinct Committee established under
this Act;

council means the council of the City of Melbourne;

fund means the fund established under section 20;

precinct means the Chinatown Historic Precinct established under section 4.
