Power to accept donations etc.

22. Power to accept donations etc.

The Council may for the purposes of this Act-

   (a)  accept any absolute donation, gift, devise or bequest of real or
        personal property; or

   (b)  accept any donation, gift, devise or bequest of real or personal
        property subject to any trust the objects of which are not
        substantially different from the purposes of this Act and carry out
        and give effect to the objects of any such trust.
