Borrowings

18. Borrowings



(1) Upon the recommendation of the Committee, the Council may subject to and
in accordance with the Local Government Act 1989 borrow money for the purposes
of operating managing developing and promoting the precinct.

(2) The power conferred by subsection (1) is in addition to and not in
derogation of any other power which the Council may have under any other Act
to borrow money.
