Powers and functions of the Committee

11. Powers and functions of the Committee



(1) The Committee may make recommendations to the Council with respect to any
matter relating to the precinct, whether or not that matter is provided for by
or under this Act.

(2) The Committee shall have and may exercise and perform the powers and
functions delegated to it by the Council under section 13.
