Savings provision-Advisory Committees

57B. Savings provision-Advisory Committees

Nothing in this Act, as amended by the Commonwealth Games Arrangements
(Amendment) Act 2003, prevents or restricts an Advisory Committee from
continuing to consider and carry out its functions in relation to any matter
referred to it under section 6 or 15 before the commencement of the
Commonwealth Games Arrangements (Amendment) Act 2003 (including any matter
relating to the Games Village land or the Games Village project).
