Refusal to give name and address

57AH. Refusal to give name and address

A person in a Games management area must not-

   (a)  fail or refuse to give his or her name and address to an authorised
        officer when required to do so under section 57AG; or

   (b)  give a false or misleading name and address to an authorised officer
        when required to give his or her name and address under section 57AG.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
