57AF. Delegation under this Part by Secretary

The Secretary, in writing, may delegate any of the powers conferred on the
Secretary under this Part, other than this power of delegation, to a person
employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 as an executive
within the meaning of that Act.
