Offence to hinder or obstruct authorised officer

57AC. Offence to hinder or obstruct authorised officer

A person must not obstruct or hinder an authorised officer in the exercise of
his or her powers, functions or duties under this Act or the regulations.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
