Declaration of prohibited items

3D. Declaration of prohibited items



(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may declare any item to be a
prohibited item for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The Minister must consult with the Minister administering the
Control of Weapons Act 1990 and the Minister administering the
Fair Trading Act 1999 before making a declaration under this section.

(3) A declaration under subsection (1) must be published in the Government
Gazette.
