Acquisition by agreement

32. Acquisition by agreement



(1) For the purposes of a Commonwealth Games project, the Secretary, on behalf
of the Crown, may acquire by agreement an interest in land on any terms
(including consideration) that the Secretary considers appropriate.

(2) Any interest in land acquired by the Secretary under this section vests in
the Crown and is deemed to be unalienated land of the Crown.
