Contracts and agreements

27. Contracts and agreements



(1) The Secretary may enter into contracts and agreements and other
arrangements with any person for the purposes of the management or development
of a Commonwealth Games project.

(2) The Secretary may enter into any contracts, agreements or arrangements for
the provision by the Secretary of-

   (a)  administration in relation to a Commonwealth Games project; or

   (b)  management of information systems or services in relation to a
        Commonwealth Games project.

(3) The Secretary may do all things necessary or convenient to be done to give
effect to the contracts, agreements and arrangements referred to in
subsections (1) and (2).
