Heritage Act 1995

21. Heritage Act 1995

Despite anything to the contrary in the Heritage Act 1995, a permit or consent
is not required under that Act for the development or use of a
Commonwealth Games venue or designated access area for the purposes of a
Commonwealth Games project.
