Terms and conditions

7. Terms and conditions



(1) The Commissioner for Law Enforcement Data Security-

   (a)  holds office for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in his
        or her instrument of appointment; and

   (b)  is eligible for re-appointment; and

   (c)  holds office on the terms and conditions determined by the Governor in
        Council.

(2) The Commissioner for Law Enforcement Data Security may be appointed on a
full-time or part-time basis.
