Remuneration and allowances

6. Remuneration and allowances



(1) The Commissioner for Law Enforcement Data Security is entitled to be paid
the remuneration and allowances that are determined by the Governor in
Council.

(2) The remuneration of the Commissioner for Law Enforcement Data Security
cannot be reduced during his or her term of office unless he or she consents
to the reduction.
