16. Annual report

The Commissioner must include-

   (a)  a brief summary of all activities completed, commenced or conducted;
        and

   (b)  a statement of the financial and other resources used in preparing
        reports under Part 3-

during the financial year in the relevant annual report of operations under
Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994. __________________
