WORKS OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES 1. Soil and vegetation disturbance above 1220 m
elevation above sea level. 2. The annual works programmes of Authorities under
the Water Act 1989 that operate under Division 2, but not Division 3, of Part
10 of that Act.

3. Construction of dams, weirs, or other structures, in or across waterways
which potentially interfere with the passage of fish, or the quality of
aquatic habitat.

4. The carrying out of developments within a habitat which has been determined
to be a critical habitat under the Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988.
