Parking infringements

94. Parking infringements



Sections 59, 64, 65, 76, 77, 85- 90, 99 and 100 of the Road Safety Act 1986
and any regulations made for the purposes of those sections apply to-



   (a)  Crown land, as if it were land vested in the Secretary; and



   (b)  land vested in or belonging to or under the control of the Secretary;
        and





   (c)  freehold land, managed land or vested land within the meaning of the
        Victorian Plantations Corporation Act 1993-

so far as applicable and with such modifications as are necessary as if the
land were a street or road, and in particular, with the modification that in
the regulations any reference to a highway authority is to be read as
including a reference to the Secretary or the
Victorian Plantations Corporation (as the case requires).
