87. Statement of authorised officer is evidence



A statement of an authorised officer as to-

   (a)  the place where any offence occurred under a relevant law; or

   (b)  the expense incurred by the Secretary or the Department in carrying
        out any works; or



   (c)  the accuracy of any map, photograph or document-

is evidence of that fact.
