Immunity of officers

86. Immunity of officers



Without affecting the liability of the Crown or any other body or person, a
person cannot bring an action against an authorised officer or member of the
police force, in respect of any act done in good faith in the performance or
purported performance of the functions of the officer or member under a
relevant law.
