Power to enter into agreements

69. Power to enter into agreements



(1) The Secretary may enter into an agreement with any land owner relating to
the management, use, development, preservation or conservation of land in the
possession of the land owner or otherwise to give effect to the objects or
purposes of a relevant law, in relation to land in the possession of the
land owner.

(3) Without limiting sub-section (1), the Secretary may under that sub-section
enter into an agreement with the Trust for Nature (Victoria)2.
