65. Offence



A person who in or in connection with any claim for compensation under this
Part wilfully makes any false statement to or otherwise wilfully misleads or
attempts to mislead the Secretary, the Tribunal or any other person, is guilty
of an offence.

Penalty: 5 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months or both. _______________
