61. Accident Compensation Commission entitled to costs and expenses



(1) Where the Commission represents the Crown in any proceeding under this Act
the Commission shall be entitled to such amounts as the Tribunal thinks proper
for its costs and expenses.

(2) Any amount paid to the Commission from the Consolidated Fund for its costs
and expenses in proceedings before the Tribunal is to be paid upon the
certificate of the Tribunal and is to be paid by the Commission into the
Accident Compensation Fund.
