60. Accident Compensation Commission to represent Crown



In all proceedings for compensation under this Part, the Commission is to
represent the Crown and subject to any rules made by the Tribunal pursuant to
this Part, is to be regarded as the employer of the conservation worker for
the purposes of the Accident Compensation Act 1985, and has the powers rights
and authorities which the employer has under this Act.
