Jurisdiction of Accident Compensation Tribunal

59. Jurisdiction of Accident Compensation Tribunal



Where any question or matter arises under section 58(1) or (2), the Tribunal
has under this Act exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine the question
or matter as if it arose under the Accident Compensation Act 1985, and that
Act applies with the necessary adaptations and modifications.
