36. Incorporated material to be tabled

If any Code of Practice applies, adopts or incorporates any matter under
section 31(2) or a variation of a Code of Practice varies a Code of Practice
so as to apply, adopt or incorporate such matter in the Code of Practice, the
Minister must cause a copy of that matter to be tabled before each House of
the Parliament as soon as is practicable after the Code of Practice or
variation is made and notice of that making is published in the Government
Gazette.
