25. Payments into Consolidated Fund in respect of roads etc.



(1) There must be paid into the Consolidated Fund all moneys which under any
agreement are paid to or received by the Secretary for the use of any road or
track constructed or maintained by the Secretary.

(2) The moneys appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of road maintenance
in forests must be paid to the Secretary for or towards the maintenance of the
roads or tracks in any forest.

(3) In submitting estimates to the Parliament for appropriation for the
purposes of sub-section (2), the Treasurer must have regard to the amount of
moneys which in any financial year were paid to or received by the Secretary
under any agreement for the use of any specified road or track constructed or
maintained by the Secretary.
