Expenditure by the Secretary

20. Expenditure by the Secretary

The Secretary must pay the costs of the administration, maintenance,
protection and management of all Crown lands under the jurisdiction and
control of the Secretary and all other matters and things under the
jurisdiction and control of the Secretary out of such money as is from year to
year provided for that purpose by Parliament.
