Power of the Secretary to enter into contracts

18. Power of the Secretary to enter into contracts



(1) For the purposes of a relevant law the Secretary may enter into contracts
or agreements with any persons or corporations.

(3) The Secretary may do all things that are necessary or convenient to be
done to give effect to a contract made under this section.
