Easements

17. Easements



Where a right in the nature of an easement or purporting to be an easement or
an irrevocable licence is purchased or compulsorily acquired under this Part
that right is deemed for all purposes to be an easement although there is no
land vested in the Secretary which is in fact benefited or capable of being
benefited by that right.
