121. Saving of appointments of authorised officers-Sustainable Forests
(Timber) Act 2004

The amendment of section 83(1) by the Sustainable Forests (Timber) Act 2004
does not affect the appointment of any authorised officer under that section
and in existence immediately before the commencement of section 129 of that
Act.
