119. References to the Secretary

The repeal of section 6(6) and (7) by section 3 of the Conservation, Forests
and Lands (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1998 does not affect the operation of
those provisions in relation to any document (other than an Act) existing
immediately before the commencement of that section.
