Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 - SECT 111

Accounts

111. Accounts



(1) All moneys standing to the credit of the Forests Stores Suspense Account
under the Forests Act 1958 immediately before the date of commencement of this
section must at that date be credited to the Conservation, Forests and Land
Stores Suspense Account under this Act.





(2) All moneys standing to the credit of the Forests Plant and Machinery Fund
under the Forests Act 1958 must at that date be credited to the Conservation,
Forests and Lands Plant and Machinery Fund under this Act.

(3) All liabilities of an account from which moneys are credited under
sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) that have not been met before the date of
commencement of this section must be met out of the account into which the
moneys are credited under this section, and any claim, which may have been
made against such an account before that date may from that date be made
against the account to which those moneys are so credited.

(4) In-

   (a)  an Act other than this Act; or

   (b)  a subordinate instrument made under an Act other than this Act; or

   (c)  a document-

a reference-

   (d)  to the Forests Stores Suspense Account is at the date of commencement
        of this section to be treated as a reference to the Conservation,
        Forests and Land Stores Suspense Account; and

   (e)  to the Forests Plant and Machinery Fund is at the date of commencement
        of this section to be treated as a reference to the Conservation,
        Forests and Lands Plant and Machinery Fund.
