Governor in Council may amend Schedule 3

100. Governor in Council may amend Schedule 3



(1) On the recommendation of the Minister the Governor in Council may by Order
published in the Government Gazette amend Schedule 3 by-

   (a)  deleting an item from the Schedule; or

   (b)  amending an item in the Schedule; or

   (c)  adding an item to the Schedule.

(2) If the interests of any other Minister may be affected by an amendment to
Schedule 3 proposed to be made under this section, the Minister must before
making a recommendation to the Governor in Council refer the proposed
recommendation to the other interested Ministers.
