Functions of Secretary

10. Functions of Secretary



(1) The Secretary has the functions conferred by a relevant law or by or under
any other Act.



(2) Subject to this Act, the Secretary has the power to do all things
necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance
of its functions.
