Costs

82. Costs



If a person is charged with an offence against this Act and the court is
satisfied that the person committed the offence, the court may order the
person to pay by way of costs, in addition to any other costs, the amount of
any fee incurred by the prosecution for classification or the provision of any
certificate by the Director, Deputy Director or Convenor.
