Exhibition of RC and X 18+ films

8. Exhibition of RC and X 18+ films

A person must not exhibit in a public place a film classified RC or X 18+.

Penalty:

   (a)  if the film is classified X 18+-60 penalty units or imprisonment for 6
        months;



   (b)  if the film is classified RC-240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2
        years.
