Restricted publications area-offences

77. Restricted publications area-offences



(1) The manager of a restricted publications area must not permit a minor to
enter that area.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) to
prove that the defendant believed on reasonable grounds that the minor was an
adult.
