74. Seizure of things not mentioned in warrant
If, in the course of executing a search warrant, a member of the police force
finds a thing that he or she believes on reasonable grounds to be-
(a) connected with the offence although not the thing, or kind of thing,
named or described in the warrant; or
(b) connected with another offence against this Act-
and the member believes on reasonable grounds that it is necessary to seize
that thing in order to prevent its concealment, loss or destruction, or its
use in committing, continuing or repeating the offence or the other offence,
the warrant is deemed to authorise the member to seize the thing.
